These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and suka2cuci ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the suka2cuci website located at https://suka2cuci.cam and all associated services, products, content, and features made available through the Platform.

suka2cuci is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia, including users located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions within Malaysia. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus-specific terms, promotion terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. The Platform does not permit persons under the age of 21 to open an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before using the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of suka2cuci, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during and after registration.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all Accounts may be closed and all funds may be suspended pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. suka2cuci will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

You must promptly notify suka2cuci if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. The Operator will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials.

Account information, including name, date of birth, and registered payment methods, must match your verified identity documents exactly. Discrepancies identified during KYC review may result in Account suspension until resolved.

The Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a promotion.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated Account suspended.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, or a verified bank account in the Player's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• The Operator targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX methods for verified accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on blockchain confirmation times.
• The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in a temporary processing delay.

suka2cuci offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that offer only.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be communicated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to cancel or amend bonus terms for Players found to be abusing bonus offers or engaging in exploitative betting patterns.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may only be claimed once per eligible Player. Eligibility is verified during the KYC process.
• The Platform's promotional offers are designed for genuine recreational players. Arbitrage betting, exploiting bonus structures, and systematic bonus abuse are strictly prohibited.

All games available on the Platform, including but not limited to live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), video slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets, are operated under certified fair-play standards. Digital casino games use certified RNG technology to ensure all outcomes are random and unpredictable.

Sports betting markets on the Platform include, but are not limited to, football (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, AFC Champions League, La Liga, and UEFA competitions), UFC/MMA, basketball, tennis, and esports. Specific betting rules for each market type — including in-play betting, Mix Parlay rules, and Asian handicap conventions — are set out in the Platform's betting rules documentation, accessible from the sportsbook interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No liability shall be accepted for losses incurred as a result of technical failures outside the Operator's reasonable control.

All bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled except where expressly permitted by applicable game rules (e.g., in-play cash-out where the feature is available).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated abuse of betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings resulting from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money, fund terrorist activity, or use the Platform for any other unlawful purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing suka2cuci staff, support agents, or other players.
• Systematically exploiting bonus structures in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, the Operator reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, and withhold any Balance pending further investigation or legal proceedings.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, trademarks, and game content, is the property of suka2cuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, suka2cuci shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Operator takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable game or bonus rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Player under the Responsible Gambling programme.

Players may also request to close their own Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Where an Account is closed voluntarily by a Player, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method.

suka2cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its Players seriously. The Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated solely as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders to track time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a break from gambling by requesting a temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted to the Platform is governed by the suka2cuci Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data submitted during registration and KYC verification — including but not limited to full name, date of birth, identity document details, and payment information — will be retained for compliance purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the periods specified in the Privacy Policy.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming compliance standards and applicable laws, as determined by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, or account matter, the Player must submit a formal complaint in writing to the Customer Support team in the first instance. The Operator will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, both parties agree to submit to mediation through an independent dispute resolution process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

suka2cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent in-Platform notice at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure at any time.
